Any size over 24” x 24” will require skid shipping. The cost will be calculated after you place the order, and the price will be emailed to you for approval. PlaqueMaker will cover the first $100.00, any remaining balance is the customers responsibility. If your order requires skid shipping, it cannot be shipped via UPS. Your order is no-obligation. After you receive the skid shipping quote or proof, you may cancel your order for no charge.

Production Style

For this product, we have 2 production style options for you. Choose between frosted engraving and UV color printing.

Frosted Engraving

Frosted engraving is the standard option for glass signs. In this process, the laser strikes the back of the glass, leaving a frosted white engraving that is visible from the front. This process is best when the award will not be displayed against a light-colored wall or surface. A frosted engraving can disappear when displayed against light colors.

UV Color Printing

The other option for glass signs is color printing. This process is only available on signs up to 18” x 24”. With this process, the art and text for your order is printed directly on the surface of the product. If you choose to go with this full color option, any logos provided will work best if they are vector images.

Mounting

For this sign, no mounting options are included. You can upgrade to standoffs. Standoffs are mounting hardware that hold the sign slightly off the wall. They are available in gold, silver, and black. Glass is engraved in frosted white. If you are going to display this sign against a light colored wall, please consider adding a dark acrylic backing. Placing an Order

After placing your order, you will receive a proof to the email provided during checkout within a business day. The email will contain a link to view your designed product, and information on how to make changes or approve your proof. If you wish to make changes, we will email you a revised proof the next business day.

Once you have approved your proof, most orders will ship 2 business days later. After it has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
