Anja Scharber has over 15 years of diverse Human Resources experience, including HR Generalist work, union environments, change management, organizational design, talent acquisition, HRIS systems, launching shared services, and structuring an effective HR organization with an eye toward scalability. Anja has worked in various industries ranging from technology start-ups to large, publicly traded multi-national companies.

Anja has a BA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, which she uses to shape how Human Resources should provide value to the organization, aligning its services to the needs of the organization and the people it serves. As a mother of four children, Anja has seen the ongoing need for strong Human Resources capability in the education industry to address the unique challenges that face our schools. She is excited to work closely with school leaders and HR teams to ensure that schools can thrive and shape future generations.
