Courtney gunn

Consultant – Operations

With an enduring passion for fostering intellectual curiosity, Courtney Gunn has dedicated over a decade and a half to the field of education, specializing in classical pedagogy, teacher training, and operational excellence across various schools in Arizona and Texas. Over this time, she has held key positions both in teaching and administration, amassing an impressive skill set that straddles both areas seamlessly.

Armed with a strong foundation in mathematics, Courtney’s scope of expertise extends far beyond the classroom. She has notably contributed to the school administration, showcasing her leadership capabilities as the Director of Operations at Glendale Preparatory Academy, and later, as the Assistant Headmaster at a prominent classical education academy in Texas.

Continuing her commitment to elevate the standards of education, Courtney embraced the role of a Network Instructional Coach. Her visionary efforts saw her orchestrating professional development initiatives for upper schools, underscoring her passion for advancing classical education.

Courtney’s journey began in New Mexico but her pursuit for knowledge led her to St. Mary’s College of California. It was here where she graduated with a degree in Greek Books from the Integral Program, further enriching her understanding and appreciation for classical literature and philosophy.

On a personal note, Courtney has been sharing her life’s journey with her husband, Felipe Matthew, for over fourteen years. They have decided to plant their roots in Felipe’s hometown in the Pacific Northwest (PNW), aiming to provide a nurturing environment for their three children.

Courtney brings to the table an unwavering commitment to classical education and well-rounded expertise in both teaching and administration.
