Faculty Recruitment & Retention Health Assessment
Arcadia created the Faculty Recruitment & Retention Health Assessment to help schools clearly identify and solve problems in their recruitment, onboarding, support, and retention strategies.
How the Tool Works
This assessment provides schools with two versions:
- Administrator Version: Allows leadership teams to evaluate their internal practices and clarify where they see strengths, weaknesses, and points of misalignment within their talent management ecosystem.
- Teacher Version: Gives teachers the opportunity to share their perspectives directly, highlighting where they feel supported, valued, and clear—and where they see gaps or inconsistencies.
Once completed, schools receive comprehensive reports with actionable insights organized into three key categories:
- Areas of Strength: Identifies practices currently working well, which should be celebrated and protected.
- Areas of Weakness: Highlights practices that are unclear, inconsistent, or ineffective, which need intentional and targeted improvement.
- Areas of Divergence: Reveals critical misalignments in perception between administrators or among faculty, prompting important clarifying conversations that build stronger internal alignment.
