Lauren Grudem

Lauren Grudem worked for Great Hearts Academies, the largest classical charter network in the country, for over a decade after graduating from Hillsdale College. Lauren’s roles within the network included classroom teacher, new faculty orientation trainer, network instructional coach, and, most recently, Dean of Instruction where she trained and coached teachers in curriculum and pedagogy, planned on-going faculty professional development, and designed and implemented a Teacher Apprenticeship Program for aspiring lead teachers.

A native of the Midwest, Lauren holds BAs in history and German from Hillsdale College and a Master of Humanities (Classical Education concentration) from the University of Dallas. She and her husband, Alexander, have one daughter.
