David Denton

Managing Consultant – Team Health, Operations, & Talent Solutions

David Denton is a managing consultant with Arcadia Education. Prior to joining Arcadia, David was a leader within Great Hearts Academies from 2010 to 2023, helping to build it into the largest provider of classical education in the country. He served as Executive Director over academies and Superintendent of Great Hearts Arizona between 2016 to 2023. He founded a Great Hearts academy in 2012 and led it to become one of the top-performing schools in the state of Arizona over the course of four years. David began his career in education as a high school math teacher in 2001.

David holds degrees in engineering and mathematics from the University of Virginia and the University of Texas at Dallas, respectively. He and his wife Edi have been married for seventeen years and have six children.
