Known for guiding complex turnarounds, driving sustainable growth, and building high-impact teams, Kelly has led organizations in both domestic and international markets through seasons of change, innovation, and expansion.

Kelly came to faith in Jesus at the age of 22, a turning point that has shaped his life, leadership, and service philosophy. He has been happily married for more than 39 years and is the proud father of three adult children.

Throughout his career, Kelly has served in multiple executive roles. Previously, Kelly served as Co-CEO of The Champion Group, guiding nonprofits across the U.S. and Canada through capital challenges, major fundraising initiatives, and strategic expansion. As President of IGC, he built a consulting organization serving faith-based schools globally, extending operations into six countries and developing proprietary funding and consulting models.

During his eleven years as President of Bearspaw Christian School in Calgary, Kelly doubled enrollment to 800 students, generated more than $3 million annually in non-tuition revenue, secured $15 million in capital funding, and designed a financially self-sustaining model for long-term institutional stability.

Kelly’s earlier career includes executive leadership roles in the global travel and hospitality technology sectors. As CEO of Vantis International, he directed major mergers, acquisitions, and international growth initiatives, including a $50 million merger with TravelClick and a $12 million management buyout. His leadership contributed to significant EBITDA growth and strategic expansions in more than 70 countries.

Prior to this, Kelly held senior executive positions at VIP International, HARS Systems, and Travel Systems, pioneering new reservation technologies, building major distribution partnerships, and helping lead a NASDAQ IPO.

Kelly also served as an adjunct instructor at the University of New Mexico, teaching Advertising and Promotions Management.

His board service includes chairing The Mustard Seed and Guest-Tek Interactive (TSX), serving on the TRVLSYS (NASDAQ) board, advising TravelClick, and contributing to the leadership of numerous Christian ministries. He is a former member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
