Marcus has over 20 years of experience in business planning, growth, and operations in multi-location business management.

He has led or contributed to operational, strategic growth, site selection, entitlement, and construction teams. Marcus led Intellipure Water Systems from 2010 to 2024, spearheading upgrades in location facilities. His leadership has extended into public service as a volunteer with pro-life organizations and he is a board member with First Way Pregnancy Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Marcus has a degree from the University of Kansas, where he studied Urban Planning and Land Use Management.

Marcus has been married to Samantha for more than 20 years, and together they have five children.
