Megan Mueller

Megan Mueller is a consultant in Talent Solutions with Arcadia Education. Her career has spanned the primary, secondary, and higher education markets, where she has both academic and administrative program development expertise at the director and senior executive levels.

Megan spent ten years as a founding executive at The Saint Constantine School and Saint Constantine College in Houston, ultimately serving as Vice President of Strategy and Communication. During her tenure she held senior leadership positions in every non-academic department (including a year as interim CFO) while the school grew to 100+ employees serving 600+ students in Houston and on branch campuses in Pittsburgh and Dallas.

Prior to Saint Constantine, Megan was the Director of the Academic Success Center at Houston Christian University, where she ran supplemental academic support programs, redesigned the first floor of the library, founded and led student success programs for first-generation and academically underprepared students, helped write a successful Title V grant, and served on fourteen university committees.

Megan is a graduate of the Torrey Honors College at Biola University, where she studied English and Communications. She was also an Academic All-Conference collegiate athlete. She and her husband, Jonathan, are raising their four children in Houston, Texas.
