As an associate consultant with Arcadia Education, Monica brings a strong academic background and fresh perspective to our talent solutions and business planning teams. A recent graduate from the University of Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Monica is well-equipped with analytical thinking and economic principles.  

The University of Dallas’ mission to pursue wisdom, truth, and virtue profoundly shaped Monica’s educational experience, instilling a dedication to intellectual and moral development. This foundation has prepared her to navigate and lead in the dynamic and evolving field of education. 

Prior to her college experience, Monica attended Trinity School at River Ridge in Eagan, Minnesota. At Trinity, she was immersed in a culture that emphasized the discovery of truth, the practice of goodness, and the creation of beauty. This rigorous educational environment cultivated Monica’s intellectual curiosity and equipped her with essential problem-solving skills. 

Having been immersed in the classical education world through both high school and college, Monica is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of Arcadia’s clients. Her background fosters a deep appreciation for intellectual rigor and holistic development, which deeply aligns with Arcadia Education and its clients. 

Outside of work, Monica enjoys hiking, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her family. She lives in Minnesota and is looking forward to marrying her fiancé in Nebraska in January 2025.
