Penny jenson
Talent Solutions
Penny Jenson serves alongside Arcadia’s Talent Solutions team. Her career in education began at Cincinnati Classical Academy’s Lower School where she taught third grade and later transitioned into a role as the Lower School Dean. This experience afforded her the opportunity to learn about school operations from the perspective of both a teacher and administrator. As someone who stumbled across school leadership unexpectedly, she is excited to identify and help aspiring individuals to pursue opportunities they otherwise would not consider.
Penny holds a BA in History and minors in Classical Education and Business from Hillsdale College. A native of small towns in Minnesota and Wisconsin, she now resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, Ben, and their son, John.
