Ryan Klopack

Director of Search – Talent Solutions

Ryan Klopack is an Executive Search Consultant with Arcadia Education. Having served under distinguished headmasters and held various leadership positions himself, he possesses a deep understanding of the administrative expertise, sound judgment, and pastoral sensibility that define excellent educational leadership.

Prior to joining Arcadia, Ryan spent a decade in Classical Education, teaching across elementary, middle, and high school levels. His deepest passion lay in guiding students through the study of philosophy, history, literature, and in mentoring them as a thesis advisor. In addition to his teaching, he held several leadership and administrative roles, including Grade-Level Lead, Master Teacher, Instructional Coach, and Dean of Students.

During that time, he also led and oversaw the growth of a local homeless ministry, which recently attained nonprofit status. The program was recognized as one of the most effective in the state for helping individuals exit homelessness and even received inquiries from the State of New York seeking guidance on addressing large-scale homelessness. Ryan played a key role in vetting volunteers, developing operational systems and safety protocols, and training new volunteers in both the practical responsibilities and the ethos central to the program’s mission.
