Sean Lyon has wide experience across the educational spectrum. He has experienced private, public, and homeschooling, and has studied in both private and state university systems. Sean’s background is in biology, where he holds particular expertise in ornithology and animal behavior. Sean has taught hundreds of students in university-level biology courses at the University of California and University of Connecticut. Sean’s love for research, analysis, and strong institutions make him an asset to the Business Planning team. 

Sean holds a Bachelor’s in Biology and Business from Wheaton College, during which he also completed the CORe Program at Harvard Business School. He holds a Master’s in Environmental Science from California State University, Los Angeles and a Master’s in Quantitative and Systems Biology from the University of California, Merced. Sean is currently attaining his doctorate at the University of Connecticut, where he resides.
